Lead the design and development of an automated distribution system for HR Training and Competence scheme reporting, designing a weighted scoring system using job competency matrices and Workday data feeds.

Transform existing Excel based reporting to a suite of Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards

Implement a series of new complaints data feeds for internal MI team

Train analytics team members in Power BI data connection and modelling, report creation and dashboard development

Results:

Brief:

Design and develop dashboards using Teradata SQL and Tableau

Create suite of dashboards for frontline complaint handling and quality reporting for ~400 users from all levels - from supporting branch network analysts to the CEO of Personal Banking

Lead MI Workstream for FCA Thematic Review – delivery of recommended actions from quarterly self assessment findings on complaints MI quality and coverage
